1 ICT support engineer benelux

You deliver 1st & 2nd line support and training to customers for all ICT related issues/requests. Your main duties and responsabilities will include:

  • Responsible for 1st & 2nd Line software and hardware support, via E-mail, phone and onsite.
  • Provide technical advice, guidance and informal training to customers.
  • Perform root cause analysis and develop checklists for typical problems.
  • Use ticketing tool (ServiceDesk) to log all issues / requests.
  • Work in a team, sharing information and assisting others with calls.

You will be working externally for clients on site approximately 2,5 days per week.

Profile

  • Experienced  with hardware and software issues.
  • Understanding of  Windows, E-Mail accounts, FTP, VPN, Active Directory,  Exchange.

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
